Very comfortable and cosy, beautifully decorated :). Only a very short walk to all of the shops and bars. The host Philip was very helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our car for a while longer after check out so that we could go for breakfast.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our stay. Lytham is a small pretty town and our accommodation was 2 to 3 minutes walk from all the lovely shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and the sea front but sufficiently quiet to be peaceful and restful and with the additional benefit of a parking space. Our accommodation was tastefully designed and had lovely additional touches in terms of decor and comfort.
It had everything necessary for a breakaway in a pretty seaside town. It is also only a short drive into St Annes - 15 minutes (ish) and then probably another 10-15 minutes drive further on to Blackpool.
Looking forward to our next stay already.

Location and owner are great. The place is clean with the basics needed.
Great touch with welcome biscuits, milk tea and coffee.
Shower has good pressure and keep temperature.
The place is very cold even with the 2 small heaters they don’t heat the rooms.
The bed is very uncomfortable and the curtains don’t block out light so you can’t sleep.
The kitchenette only has a combination microwave and toaster. There is very little space to make any food. So best to eat out.
