Great location and property comfortable.
Beds incredibly comfortable
1. Lock on outside door to building not working meaning only locked door was access door to flat. communal areas left completely open
2. Parking very challenging - information sent after booking does warn can only fit a small car - it might be better to describe needs to be a short car as this accurately reflects what is needed (we had interpreted small as meaning not a large 4 by 4 vehicle) directions to alternate parking would be really helpful
3. It would have been nice to have been warned about Kernowfornia festival as for several days of our stay there was an arena being built for this on the beach outside= this was very noisy. Also for the last day of our stay the event was happening which lead to loud music from 12 - 11pm. The road to the property was closed because of this event from 10am to midnight meaning we were trapped at the property unable to drive off to sightsee during this time.

Amazing view of the sea and beach from the balcony, living room and bedrooms.
Excellent location, seconds away from the beach and town.
The whole apartment is rather tired and in need of an update, especially the bathrooms.
Parking is very small and tricky (we were made aware of this beforehand).
Many steps for entry and within (we were made aware of this beforehand).
