The apartment is spacious and well-equipped.
Extremely convenient for the city and amenities. If you're reasonably mobile you can walk to just about everything. The apartment is very convenient for the paths alongside the river.
There's plenty of room on the balcony.
Parking is included.
Decor is nice (although some guests might find the uniform white a bit austere).
There was always plenty of hot water.
The lifts are clean and quick. Never had to queue for them.
In the Summer it's impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature. The South facing, massive windows trap heat in the room (even with the charcoal grey blinds pulled down). This is the biggest problem with the apartment.
The balcony chairs have to be used to prop the balcony doors open to let air in, and there's no way of creating a through-draft.
Some of the fittings and fixings are a bit tired (kitchen sink tap wobbly, loo-roll holder loose).
Shower pressure from the waterfall shower head is very low (detachable shower head is just about okay).
As with most self-catering apartments the cutlery isn't great - the kitchen scissors would be safe for a three-year old.
There's no oven glove and only one tea towel is provided.
The stairs and landings in the apartment block are grubby.
The area next to the car parking space was covered in cigarette filters and abandoned weed when we arrived, and none of it had been cleared by the time we left.
Advice to future guests: enter the apartment block door code EXACTLY as shown in the email (ignore the instructions that appear on the door panel display); if using the car park approach the apartment block down Holy Bones - the car park entrance is the one facing you; the car parking space for the apartment is the first one on your left once you're actually in the car park.

Facing the river. Spacious. Big TV.
Neighbors were not considerate. Too much noise and cooking caused fire alarm. No air conditioning, too warm in summer until late at night.
