Huge issues with apartment

Good location.

The smoke/heat alarm on the ceiling in the living room/kitchen is missing- this is incredibly worrying and goes against UK fire safety regulations. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS THEY CONFIRM THAT THIS HAS BEEN RECTIFIED The bedsheets are stained and old-they have bobbles all over them and it feels like sandpaper on your skin. The adverts states that there are toilettries- only hand soap which has been watered down. The window in the living room does not close and we couldn't find a key. We had to push the sofa up against it. We did not feel safe. This also meant that it could not block out the noise. There is no curtain in the bedroom, which is opposite the car park and hotel entrance. This is not acceptable as it is a floor to ceiling window. We were exposed whist lying in bed and could not change clothes in the room. The ensuite bathroom tiles are stained orange on the grout.The grout on the shower is also stained orange, same as the sealant which is also peeling away. The water doesn't fully come out of the shower head as it is thick with limescale. The frame of the front doors moves as though it has been bashed. There is broken flooring in the kitchen. They supplied fans for the heat, which was great, but they were dirty and broken The whole apartment feels grubby and needs a deep clean. Some of it is basic and some things need more attention.

Just a minor inconvenience:the shared bathroom was extremely hot:sauna like but guess the heating was on high.
