- responsive staff, addressed an issue immediately
- location
- basic amenities, good towel supply, salt and oil in the kitchen
- air conditioning
- windows that blocked a lot of the street noise
- we did not get the room we paid for, but a much smaller one. They advertise "quadruple room" but if you pay for 2 people they give you a smaller room, which is quite deceptive.
- I had sent a message to request separate beds and it had not been done. Thankfully the manager took care of the issue the same day.
- The room was not very clean. The floors were quite dirty. Fortunately I brought slippers but my friend who didn't destroyed his socks with dirt. There were stains on the bed covers.
- there was a leak (or overflow of a drain?) under the sink and one day we found dirty water on the floor.
- the beds are children-size. I am a small person so I was ok, but a large man would have difficulty sleeping there.

Pulita, il letto comodo
Acqua dello scarico del wc poco funzionante, no acqua calda della doccia.
