The property is stunning, has beautiful pools, views, and also the chalet was great. Staff were nice too. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean.
It’s just small things that can be improved- a more varied breakfast, more activities on offer including the assistance in taking tours (all organised tours leave from marrakesh), and better consistency in the restaurant.

Variétés des animaux, personnel.
1) Prix EXCESSIFS on me facture une bouteille d’eau de 1,5l, 2,50€, une cannette à 3,00€. Petit verre de jus d’orange à 3€. Cela est extrêmement cher. Pour finir, on ne prend même pas plaisir à consommer ou à profiter du séjour, ça nous fait mal au cœur de payer autant, alors qu’on connaît les prix du pays. C’est regrettable et ça a gâché tout notre séjour.
2) Le sol était sale, on a demandé à la femme de ménage de passer nettoyer, mais le sol était toujours sale et poussiéreux.
