Tolle Lage und freundlicher Empfang. Unterkunft und Zimmer waren top. Tägliche Reinigung. Auf unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse wurde eingegangen. Sehr ruhig was ein guter Ausgleich für den Trubel in der Stadt ist.
Servicepersonal am Restaurant spricht nur schlecht-garkein Englisch, sodass es zu Missverständnissen kommt. Kaum Service tagsüber am Pool. Sehr kleine Getränkeauswahl. Tierhaltung lässt zu wünschen übrig.

The staff is fantastic! Super friendly and helpful. They really think along with all your requests. The quad riding was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend. The place has so much to do with all the facilities and activities, but it also has plenty of space to just chill out next to the pool. I also really liked the attention to detail: the pool towels, the already turned on A/C, the water bottles in the fridge, the bath robes, etc.
Very minor remark but in the case of the 5 person cabin a few more places to dry your towels or swimwear would be nice.

Le cadre et complexe avec plusieurs piscines, salle de sport, jeux pour enfants, activités, cinéma…
Le prix est trop élevé pour la prestation globale :
Manque d entretien
Forte odeur de plastique désagréable dans le dôme, les animaux devraient avoir des enclos plus grands, les repas ne sont pas exceptionnels
