It was nice to be on a high floor, and the wrap-around balcony was great. The place is small but well-organized. The host was communicative and kind. The bed was comfortable, though a bit strange being the bottom of a bunk bed. The kitchen was well-equipped compared to other airbnb's we've stayed in, though we did miss having a toaster.
The bedroom had a slight mildew smell, and the washer was not well-maintained. Otherwise our stay was great!

We booked this place at the last minute to see our friends. It's a small flat in a great location. The train station, the centre and the promenade are all within walking distance.
Dishes were not very clean, and no private parking. The parking space nearby is pretty expensive, and you need a smaller car due to the height restriction.

The flat felt spacious, everything was arranged to use easily, the decor was simple, light and attractive - loved the generous bathroom and big shower! The location is lovely - a little further than some from the sea and old town but close enough to walk, and great for supermarkets and bakeries - especially Boulangerie Berlioz! We also love walking in the streets around and looking at the beautiful architecture and parks. The wrap around balcony is also a nice place to sit.
A small point - the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable but not straightforward getting in and out as it's bunk beds (well organised and good double size) Didn't impact us much, but anyone with mobility issues may prefer the sofa bed.

Good location, felt safe and close to everything.
Small apartment, but fine for 3 people. The towels were terrible and smelled bad. There should have need more sheets and towels in general- no top sheets which I did not like. The apartment was clean and convenient otherwise.
