This homely apartment is perfectly located in Musiciens in central Nice. Here you have proximity to both the sea and the city life, with the genuine
and good restaurants, cafes and shops.
The apartment's large and lovely balcony about 15 m2, is also a great advantage of this apartment. It has south facing and sun most of the day with very little transparency from the house opposite. There is an awning to fold out the hottest hours during the summer. Both the bedroom and the living room have direct access to the balcony. Here there is both a dining table for 6-8 person seats, a small café table.
In the cozy living room there is a sofa bed / sofa bed and a TV. The dining area, 4 people, is located in the nice and spacious hall.
The bright and fresh bedroom has a comfortable double bed, 180x200cm, and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, micro, etc.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and is spacious. .
Next to the bathroom is a separate toilet.

Malin is a very responsive and helpful host.The apartment is charming and the balcony lovely.The location is a big plus as it is easy walking distance to the train station and to other public transit. There is also a grocery store across the street and more shops and restaurants nearby.

Lovely well equipped apartment, large balcony, air conditioning, in a good location with shops, cafés and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Public transport, (bus, tram and rail) connections all within a short walking distance.

Fanatic apartment with all the amenities in Nice. Spacious, fully equipped with many extras. Loved the balcony for morning coffee and apero time. Clean, comfortable and great location.

On sixth flour ( US) so nice view of sky and away from street noise. Very light and sunny and private. Host very welcoming. Within 20 minute walk to old town and 15 minutes to beach and Prom. Very comfortable in January.
