Logement dans un bâtiment bien sécurisé. C'est spacieux et il y a beaucoup de rangements. C'est propre et sain. Il y a tout le linge de maison nécessaire (serviettes de toilette, draps, couvertures et couettes, torchons) qui est souvent trop juste dans les autres locations, ainsi qu'une panoplie de vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et nécessaire de cuisson. De nombreux produits alimentaires de base, essentiels de produits de toilette et de nettoyage, pour tout. La literie est bonne mais les oreillers sont très mous. L'accueil et la communication avec l'hôte sont de grande qualité. À 5 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF et arrêt pour de nombreux bus à 2 pas.
La rue est bruyante à cause de la circulation et ce malgré le double vitrage et, manque de chance, il y avait des travaux pour un nouveau commerce en face de l'appartement, mais l'hôte n'y est pour rien. Peu lumineux. Manque de lampe d'appoint (la seule qu'il y a dans le salon n'a pas d'ampoule). Certaines poêles et casseroles ne sont pas adaptées aux plaques à induction. La cafetière Senseo fuit 8 fois sur 10, même quand elle est bien clipsée. Nous avons malgré tout passé un séjour agréable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend: nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, etwa 10 Minuten über die Rue Gambetta zum Strand und 15–20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Gleichzeitig liegt die Wohnung angenehm ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd und Backofen, Klimaanlage, ein schöner Balkon sowie ein modernes Bad mit separatem WC bieten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht.
Besonders positiv fanden wir die vielen kleinen Dinge, die den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machen: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, alle notwendigen Spül- und Reinigungsmittel, Kaffee und Toilettenpapier. Auch verschiedene Strandsachen waren vorhanden – wirklich praktisch und sehr aufmerksam.
Ein großes Lob geht an unsere Gastgeberin Karine. Sie war äußerst freundlich, jederzeit schnell erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Nizza gegeben. Die Kommunikation war einfach perfekt.
Wichtig für die Anreise mit dem Auto: Zur Wohnung gehört kein eigener Parkplatz. Das Parkhaus Gare Thiers von Interparking ist jedoch nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und kann bequem über Interparking gebucht werden. Wir haben für zwei Wochen ca. 170 € bezahlt und waren mit dieser Lösung sehr zufrieden.
Auch die Sicherheit im Haus mit Chip-Zugang und der vorhandene Aufzug sind sehr angenehm.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Nice. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the train station and the beach, while the street itself was wonderfully quiet. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Property was very clean and had absolutely everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The building itself feels very secure which is reassuring when you are in an unfamiliar location. The location was ideal for us as we have 2 young children and the beach was only a 7 minute walk and the train station was a short walk also. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, fruit and veg shops and supermarkets close by.
