communal spaces are clean and welcoming
Reception staff were wonderful and v helpful
restaurant was also well managed with a decent selection of food.
lots of lovely local restaurants at walking distance
housekeeping was a hit or miss. on day one i reported issues with cleaning in our rooms and despite reception raising it with housekeeping the issue remained unresolved.
The gym has v limited equipment. it’s a nice big space but not well equipped. The property has a lot more potential to be better.
there are mosquitoes in the area. we were kindly given sprays to kill them by reception to help get rid of them so it didn’t bother us much but just to keep in mind

Lovely hotel, great location and lovely pool
Advertised as a pet-free hotel, but have cats roaming everywhere inside the hotel and even in the restaurants where people are eating. We saw cats climbing on top of dinner tables and eating off people's plates and even eating out of bins and roaming all around uncovered food. The cats were all around the lobby areas, up on different floor levels where the rooms are and even sleeping on the reception desk with the staff just watching on. My friend has a severe cat allergy and really suffered badly during our stay, being covered in hives and rashes from top to toe, and despite complaining to the staff about this and showing them my friend's skin, they still allowed cats to roam inside the hotel. I get everyone in Turkey loves cats and we were aware of this but having the cats actually roaming free inside the hotel when it stated it was a pet free hotel is really wrong because having allergies is something that needs to be taken very seriously as it can become really dangerous or even fatal which is why we specifically picked this hotel because is stated it was a pet free hotel so this is very misleading to say the least. Also we went half board and were told at time of checking in that we can pick anything from the a la carte menu which we did, it wasn't until we were half way through our stay that we were then shown a half board menu telling us that we could only choose from that menu instead which was a very sparse menu with very little meals to choose from and were told that anything from the a la carte menu we would be charged for, so we were then panicking that we would then be racked up with a huge bill by the time we checked out as we wasn't at all informed about this from the start.
