We will never stay here again.

The room was nice and had been updated. Very spacious.

This is NOT an ocean front property. You have a 30 minute wait on the elevator and then you walk about 1800 feet to the ocean. You can see the ocean from the top floors. These are NOT handicap accessible as stated. There is also NOT a beach access for wheelchairs for two miles. Arm bands- shortly after you book your stay, you will get a phone call and/or email to secure your arm bands. This is a separate fee that you will be charged ($106). If you do not have your arm band they will not let you enter the property- EVEN if you have already checked in. The bands are to be worn by everyone the entire stay. And if you have small children they may lose theirs in the ocean, you will be charged 100$ each armband to replace. Luggage carts- there are two luggage carts in which you are charged to use IF they are available. Front staff rude- the staff are not helpful at the property. I got more from emailing my booking.com than I did the staff at the hotel. Elevator issues - there isn’t enough elevators for the entire property. Our average wait time was 38 minutes. The hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, it did not work our entire stay. So I would not count on having internet access. Cleaning- we pay for a cleaning fee however the hotel does not do this until after you leave. We didn’t mind that the room wasn’t being cleaned, we DID mind that we were instructed that we had to go purchase our own trash bags for the garbage. You also are required to purchase your own toilet paper as they do not provide that either. Pool areas- were very dirty and there was lots of trash left from previous guests.

Would absolutely stay here again

Great location, just have to easily cross the street to access the beach. Awesome pool and hot tub, very spacious and great beachy features, AWESOME PRICE!

Booking showed the total price as $791. After extra fees and registration, etc it came to $1,206. Great deal, just would’ve liked the total price when it came to splitting the cost with others! No big deal though, awesome price. // no late checkout
