We stayed as a family in a third-floor suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering dual views — one over City Mall and one over King Abdullah II Street. Location: directly opposite City Mall in Khalda, which houses one of Jordan's largest Carrefour hypermarkets — cross the street and everything is within reach. Mecca Street, with its wide selection of restaurants, is only minutes away. Equally strong for business travelers: King Hussein Business Park, home to Microsoft, Cisco, and Samsung, is on the same street. Queen Alia Airport is around a 40-minute drive, Salt roughly 30 minutes, and Jerash and Ajloun are easy day trips. A useful tip for female guests: King Hussein Park nearby includes a private ladies-only swimming pool. Management was the decisive factor. At check-in, we were initially assigned a room with a less favorable view and a single bathroom. We requested a change; the matter was escalated to the manager, Mr. Hatem Abu Zeid, who took personal ownership and, in under two hours, relocated us to a superior suite — better view, more space, and the additional bathroom we required. After our departure, we realized we had left behind a valued watch. A single call was enough — he coordinated with housekeeping and personally oversaw the search until the watch was recovered and returned intact. This degree of hands-on leadership is uncommon and earns genuine trust. The security team at the parking area and main entrance were present around the clock, quick to respond, and consistently helpful. Housekeeping was daily, towels changed regularly, and the internet was fast and stable — fully sufficient for remote work. In-room dining was excellent in both quality and portion. Parking was among the finest I have encountered at any hotel: generous space, effortless self-parking, seamless entry and exit. The rate proved entirely fair for what we received.

A few constructive observations. Housekeeping standards vary between staff members in attention to detail; more uniform training would elevate consistency. A thorough room inspection after each check-out — safe, lighting, water pressure — together with automatic replenishment of toiletries, without requiring the guest to ask, would be a meaningful enhancement. The elevator access card is inconvenient for families whose members come and go separately; a code-based or smarter access system would resolve this. The hotel does not have a gym; however, there is a large, well-equipped gym directly opposite the mall, just minutes away, which fully covers this gap. Finally, a suggestion: a modest reward, such as a complimentary beverage, for guests who skip daily towel changes would be a thoughtful sustainability gesture. None of these affected our overall satisfaction — we will return without hesitation.
