Great location, nice apartment.
There’s a kitchen but no cooking pots and pans provided, so if you want a longer stay and don’t want to eat out 100% of the time that’s an issue. Also the whole electronic door lock situation is such a hassle, the reception outside the apartment is not great so you’re there for ages while it loads while the hot aircon is blasting you in the face. There’s a working lift but it’s seems to be only for long term tenants, which is strange because the travellers are the ones that would need it most since carrying luggage up the steps is not ideal, wouldn’t be hard to provide a fob for the lift and normal keys for the front door.

Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped flat. Close to public transport, walking distance to the canal side bars & restaurants of the Navigli district. Flat had everything we needed. Would rate this higher if air-conditioning was working or host had provided fans.
1) Airconditioning does not work and despite pointing it out right at check-in and afterwards it was not fixed over our 5 day stay. No fans in the flat either and it gets really uncomfortable on a hot day/night.
2) Key collection is complicated if arriving late. First time access to building is via an "internet collected lock" that does not work. Easy to access once you have the keys, so make sure someone is there to let you into the building.
