My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The video with how to access the property was helpful and we found it easily and entered with no problems. Lots of communication with the owner. The bed was comfortable and we were able to get the apartment to the temperature we wanted quite easily. (Outside temperature was 10-15°C).
The location was very quiet during the night and we were not disturbed at all. Very close to shops, bars and restaurants, metro and tram stops. Possible to walk into the duomo area as well (25 mins).
Two coffee pods provided, some teabags and 2 bottles of water. Bottle opener and a few cups and plates provided. Good value for money over all.
The property is quite small and dark in comparison to the photos. The light in the main room didn’t work. Kitchen space was very small and we did not use it for cooking.
We couldn’t get the WiFi to work at all. We could only use one plug socket - the one to the left of the bed. Neither my adaptors or the hairdryer provided would fit into the socket in the bathroom (or any others) so I had to do my hair with no mirror. This was very inconvenient only having one usable socket. However this did not spoil our stay and we had a lovely time.
