The host was extremely welcoming and let us drop our bags off early which was greatly appreciated. She was very kind and allowed us to check in early. Very clean rooms and spacious.

Host was waiting for us in the lobby upon arrival, modern refurbished interior, good accessibility (good elevator), really comfy big bed, prime location close to everything and 300 metres from a carpark (rare in Chania old town as pedestrian only centre). We’re really good with check-in and check out times. Would absolutely stay again.
Shower would flood sometimes, some more soap/shower supplies would be useful. Also looked like in listing as having a balcony but these are only some rooms. But the value for money and location justified these downfalls.

Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στην παλιά πόλη. Όλα φτάνονται με τα πόδια. Το μόνο αρνητικό λόγω της τοποθεσίας είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης κοντά.

The location was fantastic!
The bathroom was very dirty , mold covered the shower, the sink still had toothpaste from previous guests, toothbrush holder and soap dish were really disgusting. The floors were dirty with sand and crumbs and everything including cups/ coffee machine was dusty.
