Great staff and an excellent location. Really comfortable bed and good coffee machine. Aircon in the bedroom worked well.
Pleasant enough, but definitely not 'luxury'. We stayed in the junior suite with private terrace. With a few improvements it could be a lot better. The main problem for us was that we slept badly due to the amount of light from outside. There are blinds on most windows but they don't exclude the light anywhere near sufficiently. There is no blind on the bathroom window, and that room has no door on it, so that doesn't help either as it adds to the light leaking into the bedroom.
The wardrobe had rails that were so high I couldn't reach them, so not great to have to climb on a chair to use the hangers!
A loo seat that didn't make such a loud noise when sat on would be a good improvement too!

Excellent location. I was assigned a ground floor apartment with Terrance, it was very nice and comfortable and Stylish. Walk less than two block to get to where all the action is! Not having to figure out parking was a huge bonus. And last but not least the staff were friendly and helpful.
