I stayed here for 4 nights and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures, and my room was exactly like in the photos as well. I also got a free upgrade to a bigger room, which was a really nice surprise.
The location is honestly perfect. I walked everywhere during my stay — the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and many other places were all within walking distance. I barely needed any transportation, which was perfect for me.
The room was big, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also spacious. Valentina, the owner, was very kind and friendly and made me feel very welcome.
The only thing to keep in mind is the noise. Rome is a city that never really sleeps, and the street can be quite loud at night and even early in the morning. The windows don’t block the noise very well, so I had some trouble sleeping during the first two nights. I asked for earplugs afterwards, and that made a huge difference. I slept really well after that. So if you’re a light sleeper, just ask for earplugs and you’ll be fine.

The room was excellent, super clean with a bunch of shampoos, toothpaste, and so many other stuff that I did not need to use any personal stuff. It was definitely a t a level of a 5-star hotel.
I was a bit late for the check-in. I sent a message from the airport saying I was getting delayed; however, the lady insisted that they only worked till 19h, which is fair. But I really struggled to get an internet connection, did the online check-in in front of the entrance, which didn't let me have a net connection, and was quite stressed out after a long trip, only for a 15-20 minute delay. She finally helped and let me in; however, I believe that, with all respect to their working hours, there should be a little flexibility when someone explains how the process is going on despite their will.

Daplace Hotel in Rome is very well situated, making it a great base for exploring the city. It’s conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Roma Termini station, which made arriving, departing, and getting around Rome very easy. Many of the city’s main attractions are also within comfortable walking distance.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, providing a place to relax after a busy day exploring Rome. The location was definitely one of the highlights, allowing us to enjoy the city while still having easy access to public transportation.
Overall, Daplace Hotel was conveniently located to stay in the city. 🇮🇹❤️

Very good black out curtains. Close to the central station. Ideal for a 1 night stay, but not longer.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were fine. Not much space in the bathroom. Room didn’t quite look like in the pictures (looks older).
