Escape to a private paradise at Seaside Cottage on Little Gasparilla Island! ☀️Enjoy a secluded stay in a renovated cottage just steps away from a private beach. This is a BRIDGELESS barrier island which gives guests an uncrowded beach and secluded atmosphere. It is only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach and owners include complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. 🌺
The Space:
Little Gasparilla Island is a barrier island accessible only by boat; we provide water taxi information when you book. You cannot drive your vehicle to the island; you park at the Eldred’s Marina on the mainland where you catch the water taxi. There are no stores, bars, or restaurants on Little Gasparilla which means it has retained much of its "old Florida" ambiance and pristine beauty. For years Little Gasparilla was visited only by locals who would come on weekends to fish, go to the beach, and enjoy the privacy, and peace. Now, even though it has been discovered, the lack of commercial establishments means that the island appeals to those who want to get away from crowds, tourists, and traffic.
Seaside Cottage is a comfortable two-bedroom cottage on desirable Seagrape Lane. It features a screened porch with chaise lounges and a table for dining. It also has an outdoor grill to cook the fresh seafood caught during your fishing expeditions. Inside, visitors will find an open area with a fully equipped kitchen and new appliances. The master bedroom features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The outside shower gives you the luxury to refresh yourself after a beach day. An outside ring camera is on the left side of the porch. The camera is only used for security purposes. It does not affect the guest's privacy because the camera faces the stairs. 🩴

This property is a little piece of heaven on earth. The cottage provided everything we needed for a perfect get-away to paradise. The host was fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back to LGI in the future. Book the trip! You won’t regret it.

Great stay for a young family with two kids under age 6! The home was comfortable and convenient, and renting a golf cart made getting around easy—but you could definitely walk to the beach if you wanted to. The outdoor shower was a huge bonus and perfect for rinsing off after beach time. We had a wonderful vacation and would happily stay again!
