At the end of the day, grill up some dinner, have drinks around the firepit, and stargaze from the lawn. Welcome to your perfect Berkshire escape! The space INSIDE As you enter the barn on the first floor, you will find beautiful clapboard surrounding the dining area, which comfortably seats four. The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped with all the essentials for your stay. The coffee station includes a French press, locally roasted coffee, an electric kettle, and an assortment of teas for a slow morning. Upstairs, you will find the bright, open loft living room filled with natural light from the various skylights. The living room also includes a queen size daybed for lounging or additional guests. The mid-century sofa sits facing a 55" smart TV, loaded with all of your favorite streaming channels. There is a desk in the corner if you need to get into work mode. The lightning fast, fiber optic wifi should suit all of your internet needs. Through a large sliding barn door is the bedroom, which includes an incredibly comfortable king size bed, full dresser and a walk-in closet. In the summer months there is a window AC unit to keep you cool throughout the day. OUTSIDE Outside, enjoy the sprawling lawn, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. There is a large wood stack filled for your use. The charcoal grill is simple to use with the supplied match light charcoal. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out! This place is dreamy. Thoughtfully furnished but not ‘fancy’ (loved the spare mid-century vibe) it really met our craving for a quiet, grown-up holiday escape. Host was kind and helpful, the place was spotless, and we had a very chill and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

The Barn is very conveniently located a few miles outside of Great Barrington, set back from the road. The barn is spacious for a couple, with kitchen and bathroom downstairs and a warm, light-flooded living area and separate bedroom on the second. The host is extremely attentive and helpful. The house is clean, stylish and well appointed.

What a great property! My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend away and it was perfect! Located minutes from downtown Great Barrington- The Barn is a great little cabin that is cozy, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The Barn provided a restful and tranquil place to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The decor and atmosphere were amazing. We spent several days exploring Massachusetts and found ourselves wanting to come back to the Barn early to relax and recharge. The owner was very accommodating and the recommendations for things to do and see in the Berkshires were very helpful. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

The cottage is well appointed; the style and decor are artistic and the bedroom loft is spacious and airy—the morning light through the many skylights is incredible! The bed was very comfortable and bedding was high quality. Everything about the cottage is high quality and tasteful. There were a number of thoughtful details throughout, including a gift bottle of wine for us! The view out the windows was beautiful and the property is private and secluded. The firepit was well stocked with wood for us—it’s the perfect spot for a morning coffee and some sun. The location is perfect—we were 10 minutes from town and there were plenty of great restaurants, shops, and nearby hiking trails. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is a charming converted barn. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Our host also could not have been more charming and helpful. We had a most relaxing 2 and half week stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to come back and stay here again.

My daughter & I met up for a weekend to do some catching up and a bit of hiking. We were looking for something a bit out of the ordinary and this place suited us perfectly. It gave you the feeling of being a little remote and away from the crowds but was within a short couple minute drive of Great Barrington. It was large, clean and had everything that you would need for a relaxing stay. Thoroughly enjoyed!
