We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The property management team provided excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions.The backyard was truly the highlight of our stay. Relaxing by the canal, soaking in the jacuzzi, and enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature created the perfect retreat. We were even lucky enough to see deer passing through the yard. Our pet especially loved the spacious outdoor area and had plenty of room to explore.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway

House was awesome! Beautiful property. Lots of room. Private back yard. Hot tub was a hit! Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee pot and a complimentary bag of beans and provided grinder was appreciated! Tvs are lg smart. Not as easy to use as roku/amazon platform but worked. No cable, but used our own apps Only issue was check in. Key did not work in front door. Luckily we tried on side door and it worked. Automated texts and communication with about 5 people total was very confusing and disjointed. Everyone was nice, it just seemed property run by a company Arrived and not a private owner and one person didn’t know what another was saying. Given code to keypad for front door, but there was no keypad on front door. As if they had no knowledge of the property. Was finally given garage door code and we just came and went through that. A keypad on front door would make it easier fyi. In reality , it was just a little frustrating but did not significantly delay our check in. Otherwise, would for sure have given 5 stars across the board. Again, everyone I communicated with was very nice and I would love to stay there again.

My husband and I recently stayed at Manzanita for 9 nights. It was everything we hoped for and more. The setting, set back from the road with the sparkling canal flowing at the back of the property, was peaceful. We made frequent use of the gas grill, fire pit, and hot tub. The interior layout was ideal to host guests with a large kitchen, dining table and great room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We wished we could stay longer!
