The Guest Bath with its coastal vibe is located right next door to the Guest Bedroom and is beautifully appointed with a granite topped vanity and Walk In Shower. It serves double duty as the pool bath with a second door leading out to the pool deck. Finally, there's a separate laundry room with a brand new Washer and Dryer and wash sink.
