Great location in the centre of St Ives on a pedestrian only street. The town centre is only a couple of minutes walk away and the beaches are also close at hand. The property was clean and well equipped. The parking space was appreciated, even though it wasn't close to the property. We enjoyed our stay.
Due to the pedestrian only access and the steepness of the streets in St Ives, getting your luggage to and from the property is quite arduous. It was great to have a designated parking space, but it takes a 20 minute hike up a steep hill to get to it. We found the mattresses to be overly firm. A larger bed would have been appreciated in the upper bedroom.

Great location, lovely, neat and tidy house. Everything you needed was there. 3 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, even spare body board and bucket and spade in cupboard. Nice touches like games and books available, teabags,biscuits and milk left for us upon arrival, and washing and dishwasher capsules. Thank you for that.
Is on a hill a very steep walk from car park, making it very difficult to unpack and pack again. Actual allocated parking space was other side of St Ives. Didn't find out that allocated parking space was not nearby until sent details few days before. Also ensuite bathroom was tiny with overly large sink. Quite impractical. We had to remove other people's hair from the shower trap to prevent shower tray from overflowing. Main light in bedroom didn't work. We managed with the lamps though.

Lovely cottage great top floor bedroom, very close to town.
It was on a set of steep steps so we struggled with our luggage and also our baby and toddler equipment. Accessibility issues were not highlighted in the details of the cottage
