Location was very good

It has a separate building for the third room not best for family. Pretty small for six people does not work at all. Parking directions almost impossible to follow, ended up paying in a car park.

Great to be in the hub of st Ives but not a cottage I would return too. We made it work by being out most of the time sa

We love St Ives so being right in the hub of it was great.

Sadly the issues re the property are there is “ no on site parking “ as stated on its description which is partly why we booked it as parking in St Ives is a rare gift. We didn’t use the allocated 13 minute walk park that came with the property as too much luggage etc to carry so we paid for a weeks parking at 3 minute walk from property still on a steep hill so be aware. The studio which is across the street from the property has a double bed that was so uncomfortable we didn’t sleep, there wasn’t a great sense of comfort tbh. There is a fridge but no freezer department. Very deep steep narrow steps into the cottage so if you have small children push chair etc be aware.
