The host goes above and beyond, from the informational book to the labeled remotes. My sister got a huge kick out of the salt and pepper just because any other has never had such a basic item included (i know that sounds silly). They really do an exceptional job. Place was clean and comfortable. Location was so quiet and still near everything.

Stayed here for my son's ASU graduation. It was in a great location and the house itself was perfect. The host really takes care of their guests, from the superb communication, to the informational binder they have there, to the labeled remotes, to the toiletries. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it all looked beautiful and very relaxing.

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted. Enjoyed the hot tub for several nights. The home was clean and will consider staying again!

My husband and I travelled to Arizona to visit family. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was beautiful. The owners were easy to work with and accommodating when we ran into some trouble with the pool being heated and were quick to resolve the issue. We would definitely book again!
