The location, close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The homestay is gorgeous,set amongst lush greenery, complete with an outdoor fishpond and a delightful little puppy, Kimmy, who I feel in love with.
The hosts are amazing. Inclusive and accommodating they taught me how to make offerings, where to place them and even included me in full moon ceremonies which was a wonderful gesture.
I learned much about traditional Bali and felt really welcomed into their family vibe.
Would definitely book here again when next in Ubud.
Only minor thing is I found the bed sheet a bit scratchy

Great location. Just off the beaten track so it was quieter but still easy access to everything.
There was no check in process, weren’t told anything about the property or space.

It was a nice homestay. Great location in-between yoga barn and other studios. Short walk to some lovely restaurants and cafes. The bathroom was a little tired but good shower with hot water and the garden was nice. I would say it's a good base for going out and doing things in Ubud. I wouldn't choose it if you wanted to spend a lot of time there during the day. I would say you got what you paid for and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly too. The breakfast was fine and similar to others you get at home stays.
The patio looked put onto a small area of garden and was the main path from the street to reception. I think the rooms on the upper level had some beautiful views over Ubud and surrounding nature with lovely sunrise but I stayed on the ground floor. So perhaps specify that in your
booking for the best rooms. Walls were thin and you could hear people in the next room talking. I would consider staying there again.

Super smelly bathroom
Really dark rooms with no windows, not a vibe if you want to recharge at the room during the day
