Fantastic air conditioning, great location. The extra room was handy for our suitcases as the other areas are quite tight for 4. Had all the necessities, iron, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen.
It was extremely hot during our stay in Rome so it would’ve been nice to have extra space to relax, of course that is of no fault of the owner. It was as described.

Walking distance to the colosseum , and the metro train station. I loved how the grocery store just right across from the apartment. We appreciate the apartment has an elevator as well!
We loved everything in this unit. One recommendation- if we can have the washroom amenities- shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in the regular sizes then the hotel sizes would be great.

Good location and plenty of room for a family of 4. Great communication with owner.
Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Water pressure for shower was very weak, heating radiators didn’t work. Had a very small washing machine, however no dryer so impossible to dry clothes in cold rainy winter days (especially with heating not working).
