Fabulous stay on a rural property -5 to 30 minutes drive to wineries. We loved the spa, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast plenty. The host was fabulous and responded quickly to requests. Would stay again.
The only thing missing was a fireplace.

The cottage felt like a home. It was warm, cosy and had just the perfect amount of personalised touches to make it that perfect home away from home. The breakfast was perfect and the surroundings were beautiful and quaint. I love the fact it is dog friendly. I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back to stay again. Lisa and Anthony were lovely and made us feel very welcome.

We had a memorable time at Koolyangarra Cottage. It is a nicely furnished cottage filled with wonderful collectibles . . We enjoyed the spa ,the books , walks in the quiet neighbourhood and the nearby fields where the horses roam. It is easy for us to take a bus to Sterling as the bus stop is about 200m away. We waited at 11+am and the bus came right on time. As such we were able to take lunch in Sterling and another bus from Sterling to Hahndorf village for shopping . It is also very thoughtful for the host to leave fresh breakfast supplies for us in the fridge .
