The best feature of this apartment is the host, Maria. She is responsive and was flexible when I requested to leave earlier. The apartment is decorated nicely and the Internet works OK: no issues. It is also clean. It is located in a central area, next to the Subte ( subway) so easy to walk and move around.
The windows are old and thin so the noise from 2 big streets 24 hours a day make it impossible to sleep well and made the apartment very cold. Altogether the place needs way better maintenance. The elevator, although functions, is very uncomfortable to use because it is not aligned with the exit from it, so you have to jump a high step to get into it. Very weird arrangement. There is an AC in the living room, when it is ON, you can´t hear the TV because of the noise the AC makes.

Excelente estadía en este departamento. Es muy buena la ubicación, está al lado de la estación de subte (metro) que te lleva al microcentro de la ciudad, así que es muy práctico si vas a visitar lugares cerca de Plaza de Mayo, por ejemplo. Es una zona tranquila, de noche hay movimiento. Muy cerca hay supermercados y kioscos 24 horas, y hay varios comercios prácticos. El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene una cocina muy práctica y completa con utensilios. La ducha y el baño es excelente también. En la habitación tenía estufa así que pudimos calefaccionar las noches más frías.
La ubicación estratégica tiene de negativo que es bastante ruidoso; es práctico pero es una avenida muy transitada y no se puede bajar la persiana (al menos no pudimos hacerlo nosotros), por lo que no hay aislamiento de ruidos. Recomiendo llevar unos tapones para los oídos para aislar el ruido y poder dormir bien.
