The location and easy access to the property. The essentials were there.
There were a few screws missing in the door towards the living room.

The rooms were nice and clean.
And the kids liked that there were TVs everywhere.
The kitchen was modern and quite nice.
The only drawback for us was there was no cooking suppply at all - salt and some spices would ave been great.
Coffee and/or tea was also not available.

Good Location and looks good from the outside.
The couch/sofa was solid (uncomfortable) The beds are super soft, but pillows are solid (uncomfortable). Shoddy finishes on woodwork, paintwork and just general interior. Seems like a property developer has bought this house and tried to quickly do all the repairs before renting/letting through an agency.
