Location is very central on a main road, rooms a bit small but comfy, accessible only by stairs no lift, price good, structure is traditional and nice.
Entrance is hidden, next to a bar so when we arrive had to ask, then had to wait long to check in, honestly felt ignored as only 1 young man also had to serve tables at restaurant (reception desk is small within the reception). We were not impressed with either Lunch & B'Fast

Beautiful old hotel and very comfortable. Staff helpful and accommodating. The food at the hotel was fantastic. Lived everything about it.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Berat near 5 minute walk to the Old Town and up to then up to the Fort. Good sized room with clean ensuite. Old brick walls to the rooms with wooden ceiling gave the room great character. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was lovely.
