I stayed 2 nights in this hotel in Vlorë and booked less than an hour before check-in. The room was ready, clean, and had a private fridge, a big wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, and a balcony with a drying rack.
The man who gave us the keys didn’t speak English, but he was very friendly and helpful. He even used his friend on the phone to help us communicate in English. Parking was available on the street and also inside the property.
The hotel is next to a very busy road – good for access, but very noisy at night. It’s also far from the beach and the city center.
The room had some small problems – the door was hard to close, and people could see inside through the window (but there was a curtain).

It is fine if you are on a budget in Vlore as there are not many other cheaper options. The air conditioning was good and location is not bad although not the best. Room is spacious and bed was comfortable and it was clean.
There is no staff or front desk to check in - when I arrived there was no one around to help me so I had to ask people in the shops next door.
The shower has no door or curtain so the bathroom floor go very wet after showering.
The road outside is very noisy but that is not the hotels fault but just bring ear plugs with you.
