We had a wonderful stay and I’m happy to give this property the highest rating possible.
Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff was amazing—friendly, responsive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. I was in constant contact with them throughout our stay, and they were incredibly helpful. We even forgot some of our belongings after checking out, and they kindly allowed us to come back and pick them up the next day. Their hospitality and customer service were truly outstanding. Highly recommended!
The only minor inconvenience was finding the property. However, this is not specific to this apartment, as many properties in Albania can be difficult to locate due to the lack of street names and house numbers in some areas. It might still be helpful to have the apartment name displayed more clearly on the building, as this would make it easier for guests to find.
