The location is superb. Our group was out at the plays, and we ate out during our visit. For a different group who might stay in, the lovely back room is great place to chill. Our host Michael was attentive and answered my queries promptly. Michael is a very interesting person, and I wish that we could have more time to visit.
There is only one bath, and there would be difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub/shower for anyone who is older or has accessibility issues. I would not book this apartment for the group I bring in the fall, as negotiating the shower would be too dangerous for them.

I liked the fact the property had three bedrooms. The living room provides multiple instruments if one is so inclined.
The apartment is on the second floor of a house and the outside stairs are open grid. As a senior, this was not the property for me. There were no closets or chairs in the bedrooms.
