We loved our stay here - the views were incredible and the grounds were just as beautiful. All the staff were super friendly and we had a couple awesome meals at the restaurant. We also played a lot of table tennis of an evening! The carp fish pond and welcome drink/snack is a nice extra touch too. I’ve seen some reviews talking about how it’s not great it doesn’t have aircon - I disagree, you don’t need it as the climate is much cooler up there at night. Very lovely property with a relaxed feel, would stay again!
I’d only say that you definitely have to rent a bike/driver if you want to go anywhere, but otherwise it’s a good base for the mountains.

Pas trop mal situer pour plusieurs activitée sur la région,cascade ,lemukih etc..
Le jardin est magnifique et l'entrée moderne aussi. Cet hôtel a clairement un potentiel d'amélioration pour avoir une étoile de plus.
Personnel jeune mais avec aucune formation. Demande 4 fois le numéro de chambre le temp d'un repas au restaurant. Je demande une boisson au bar et le serveur passe des coup de fils car il est perdu et me sert autre chose que demander.

Comfortable clean beds/linen. Wonderful showers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Table tennis. Fish (carp) pond. Food was excellent.
Thin walls of hotel rooms. We could hear everything our neighbours were doing and saying. Very annoying and frustrating.
The music around the grounds and in the restaurant. I would prefer to hear the running water. Or if there had to be music, calming nature music.
The bar was poorly stocked and staff weren’t attentive. The steamed veg was rather awful. No wine on offer in restaurant.
Suggestion - offer of blankets on an evening as some guests may come unprepared for the cooler weather.
