Overall, the accommodation was good. Although the building is slightly dated, it is well maintained. The host was very friendly, responded quickly to all our questions, and accepted feedback positively. Restaurants and other amenities are nearby, while the beach is conveniently located just behind the hotel. There are also several shops within the building, including a minimart, salon, and massage parlour.
The cleanliness could have been better. However, after I informed the host, he responded promptly and offered to arrange another round of cleaning.

everything is good . the room is very nice.
parking n lifts r not clean. smelly n poorly lit. but all other things r nice. pool beach n room is nice.

the apartment are spacious with 2 room, very clean
for resident agent (not under hotel mgmt), i need to park my car outside hotel property. Far park and no secure.

"Alhamdulillah... 3 beds. Got electric gas stoove. Can cook. I request Early check-in @ 2pm. The owner approved but i arrived @ 4pm. HaHaHa... Overall ok."
