A lovely clean, comfortable apartment in a fantastic, central location within an easy walk to all the sites. Very comfortable bed, great shower, wifi, air con, everything you would need for a few days stay. The video sent, showing the entrance, key collection, etc. was also helpful, along with the information sent beforehand re: travel from the airport and getting to the apartment. I would definitely stay again.
Not a fault, but worth mentioning it is up a few flights of stairs with no lift, so not suitable if you have accessibility issues. Also, despite the street being small, there was quite a bit of noise from outside in the evening. Take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Posizione molto comoda da raggiungere in taxi dalla stazione, casa calda forse troppo, doppia TV sia in camera sia in salotto. Stuzzichini per l'accoglienza come taralli, acqua e bustine per tea e caffè.
Cucina poco fornita, mancanza di sale e olio. Lavatrice che perde almeno da qualche mese, temperatura generale diversa tra i vari ambienti, mancanza di doppio cuscino.
