Great location, very comfortable and clean. Our host was exceptional. Very helpful … carried our luggage up the stairs, waited with us for our Taxi to the train station, offered many suggestions for dining. 5 stars

The host was very helpful and provided lots of details in advance. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. Also, great air conditioning. The location was great, just inside the restricted transportation area, but you can drop off your luggage. Parking garage just minutes away
stairs only, no elevator as it is an hitoric building but host helped with suitcases

The location was perfect in the heart of the historic city, very convenient for the hop-on hop-off bus and regular buses to the train station/airport bus. Plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Whilst in the heart of the city, our room was a haven of peace and tranquillity.
Luisa is exceptional in her welcome and providing very helpful information about what to do in Verona. Our room, La Perla was beautiful with classical features but also all modern conveniences.it is the perfect place to enjoy Verona.

We stayed in the Diamanté suite and we loved it! Such a beautiful room and great location. Luisa was such a lovely host and was so helpful throughout our stay, helping us to store bags and book a taxi to our next destination. Thank you so much, we would definitely recommend!
