The lodge was beautifully styled, the hosts went above and beyond to ensure my dad was met with a lodge adorned with decorations to celebrate his 70th birthday! I was concerned about being far from the Merlin entertainment centre, where it has a buzzing atmosphere, but it was just a short walk that was only a couple of minutes away. We LOVED watching the jet skiers, including the hosts who gave us a great show on how it’s done! Very much recommended. I have a little boy who is autistic and his tablet is his ‘safety net’. I was worried about a lack of WiFi, but it worked brilliantly.
