The overall atmosphere of the place was great, the staff were all really friendly. The host/cleaners being understanding of late checkout was exceptional and we were very grateful. The caravan although needed some minor repairs was comfortable. The TV needs looking at as it has scorch marks on the screen making it difficult to watch anything. It needs replacing.
Provision of towels in the caravan would of been appreciated and welcoming, as would small bottle of washing up liquid (10ml?)
Some small repairs would of improved the overall score. Surround of the hot tub (hot tub sign was also broken) to create a bit more privacy.
small grassy fenced/gated area for the dogs to be secure outside would of been really helpful and would of improved the scoring.

A lovely stay overall and great value for money.
The caravan was brilliantly presented , clean and welcoming when we arrived . The beds were already made up for us which made us feel even more welcome . The kitchen was very well equipped too , everything we needed for self catering was there , plenty of appliances and cookware , no shortages at all . Also the caravan had wifi which was a brilliant extra
The highlight was the hot tub , kept perfectly warm and was an absolute joy to use throughout our stay ๐
Just a couple of very minor points; the toilet seats felt a little loose and a few cupboard handles were also loose . Neither caused any real issues or inconvenience at all , just something that could do with a quick tighten up next time someone does maintenance ๐

Tattershall lakes location is amazing. I have been before and would definitely return to the resort, so much to do and lots of fun.
The lodge was comfortable and big enough for 4 people, it was a squeeze with 6 of us especially with the sofa bed up. Lovely balcony area, and the host had games etc there as well as wi fi which was easy to connect to, had decent facilities including oven, air fryer, fridge freezer.
I found the beds very comfy, but my daughter and partner didn't so suppose that's down to personal preference.
If the property was cleaner and all facilities worked I would definitely book with this host again. The host was easy to contact, and attempted to resolve issues but was let down by their staff.
The lodge itself wasn't very clean, the beds appeared as though they hadn't been changed. A lady did bring some clean bedding after I told the host but we were expected to change the beds ourself.
The dishwasher didn't work and leaked all over the floor. The pots and pans were not clean so I had to clean before using anything. The bedding for the sofa bed did not fit and was not enough pillows for a family of 6 to stay.
There was left over food on the table outside and sand in the hot tub.
The freezer had half eaten ice cream in.
Its a shame because other than the cleaning staff letting the host down it was a lovely stay.
