It was extremely well located to a vast array of bars and restaurants. It was extremely comfortable and well serviced, we were surprised that it was cleaned every couple of days and towels were changed when needed. Communication was excellent when we had any questions. It is also so close to the bus network which was extremely frequent and reliable. We enjoyed our so much we have re-booked for next year.
I can’t think of anything. The lift broke down once while we were there but once I contacted Marcello it was repaired very quickly.

Sergio was super friendly and helpful. He allowed us to do early check in and gave us very good tips of places to eat and things to do. He also helped us finding a parking space for our car. The hotel is very central and close to many restaurants. Everything was super clean and we could consume all the content of the minibar without any extra cost.

Position, host was attentive, room was good size and was well presented.
Aircon did not function properly, host had a go to fix the problem but still was basically a no go which lowered our score , note very hot conditions but 🤔. Also very hard to find if in a vehicle very small signage
We hope the aircon problem gets fixed for next guests , wife had very little sleep 🛌
