We were 6 friends stayed in dorms. It is near shah-i-jinda. From there u can walk to registan square or take buggy ride. It is run by husband & wife. Nice people. I booked it after anora homes & hostel muborak cancelled our stay one after another having accepted the booling in first place. Have kitchen and cooking utensils. Dorm rooms are clean. Mattress firm i thought but slept well. Only 1 shower room but didnt have a problem any time. Squat Toilets on other end which was a bit difficult for us. Washing machine can be used for $2 and he provides liquid. We changed USD with him and he gave exact xe.com rate. Left luggage after check out.
I did not like toilets. Squat style is hard for us indians nowaday as it has mainly become absolete. My sciatic nerve pain flaired because of it. Flush was not working in another toilet. There should be paper towels in bathroom. Though they give small bath towels but it is not always possible to carry it around whenever u need to go & wipe your hands afterwards. As it is on main road, there is bound to be traffic noise from morning.

청소를 너무 안 함, 퇴실 자리 시트 갈지 않고 방치함, 샤워실 커튼 곰팡이, 샤워실에서 불쾌한 냄새가 남, 주인 가족이 주방을 쓴 후 빵 부스러기 그대로 두는 등 손님보다 더 어지럽혀 놓고 청소를 안 함, 눈이 마주쳐도 인사를 안 함. 인사를 해도 잘 받아주지 않음.

Very clean room. Because it was the low season, I had it to myself and was both allowed to check in early after my overnight flight and wait there for an overnight bus without extra charge. If I had more time I'd have extended my stay here.
Hard bed, but I still slept well on it.
