The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a perfect area close to all the main attractions of Samarkand. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Thank you for making our trip so special.

A traditional family run hotel which is impeccably clean.
The breakfast is very good- we didn’t need lunch!
The Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent but that is a minor issue.

Die Lage sehr gut, neben des Bazars
Frühstück war nicht sehr gut, liegt aber vielleicht nicht an Hotel, sondern an uzbekische Frühstücktradition.

** Staff were OK.
** There is no Visa&Mastercard payment option
** Breakfast should be improved
** The hotel should put good curtain for the window. The room is not dark enough at night.
** Teapot was very dirty as I put in attachment. They did not clean it although I warned.
