Das Zimmer war schlicht aber angenehm. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Man kann seine Wäsche waschen. Der Inhaber ist ausgesprochen hilfreich und freundlich. Man wird zum Tee eingeladen. Ein gutes Erlebnis.
Das Schloss an der Eingangstür ist ein bisschen tricky. Am besten lässt man sich zeigen, wie man reinkommt.

There's everything you need and even more. We had a very large room with a spacious bathroom. The beds are comfortable even for tall people. There is a fridge and a kettle in the room. The common space has a kitchen, washing machine, free water, and other amenities. The lady who looks after the place was very helpful and kind. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with nice neighbors.
The landlord is difficult to catch – the neighbours had to help us call him. So when you have to pay, make sure to ask in advance. It might be a bit challenging to find parking space if you come by car.

Tutto molto buono, lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione a 8 minuti a piedi dal registan.
Il copriletto è leggermente corto. Lo staff ha difficoltà con l'inglese. Si può pagare solo in contanti e non in euro.

Nel complesso abbiamo voluto che l'esperienza rimanesse positiva per: sistemazione, servizi, comfort in camera. L'accoglienza della signora al nostro arrivo. Comodità dei letti e pulizia.
Quando siamo arrivati e fino a sera era tutto ok se non fosse che al momento della richiesta del passaporto alle 22 PM passate, esce fuori che c'è stato un malinteso nell' assegnazione della camera. Ci avevano dato una tripla e noi non ci siamo posti il problema pensando fosse un' organizzazione interna. Invece il sign. Zafar colui che gestisce la struttura facendo le veci del proprietario ci ha fatto capire che c' era un problema. Il problema non è stato per noi la camera sbagliata che per altro quella asdegnata poi è risultata anche più comoda e consona alle nostre esigenze, ma i modi con cui siamo stati costretti in pochissimo tempo a toglierci dalla stanza e a portare tutto sull'altra. Stavamo cenando in camera, ero in pigiama come mio marito, l' unica cosa che ha detto, dato che non conosce una parola di inglese: "problem" e "sorry" ed intanto ci è entrato in camera ed ha iniziato a togliere le lenzuola e a portarle nell' altra stanza. Abbiamo dovuto portare via tutto in modo veloce e raffazzonato mentre dicevo "very bad, very bad", ma lui neanche mi sentiva. Faceva spallucce e mezzo sorriso. Voleva togliermi anche i copriletto e glieli ho strappati dalle mani. Capisco l'incapacità di comunicazione, capisco l'errore ma la veemenza con cui ci ha fatti togliere dalla stanza non è accettabile. Il proprietario poi ci contatta privatamente su WhatsApp chiedendomi di ritrattare il feedback e mi avrebbe ridato parte dei soldi. Avevo dato un 8 e non ha neanche apprezzato visto che ha persino pensato di contattarmi per farmi togliere ciò che non è andato perché non inficiasse i voti positivi. Il Sign.Zafar sarà anche gentile e disponibile nei momenti normali, ma doveva esserlo ancora di più negli imprevisti e non trattare le persone come pacchi. Inoltre il Sign.Zafar non ci ha chiesto neanche scusa.
