The location is great, it is walking distance to Registan. The host was exceptionally kind and treats his guests very well. The terrace have a nice view. Overall the architecture of the building is another sight seeing. Doesn’t matter you come here as a crowded group or as solo, you will like your stay. I’d 100% will stay here again in my next visit to beautiful Samarkand!

Everything! Breakfast was great, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect. The owner is a very nice guy, he makes you feel like you are at home plus it’s such good value for money!

We had a fantastic stay at Furkat Guest House - we were made to feel extremely welcome and the location of the property is excellent.

Very attentive host. Superb location, just behind Registan Square but still quiet
Bathroom smelt badly. Room and facilities badly in need of good clean. Poor excuse for a pillow
