Fantastic place. Hosts were lovely, the decor beautiful and the location perfect. The breakfast was the best we had in Uzbekistan.

The Emir is a new, inexpensive, and thoroughly nice place to stay in wonderful Samarkand. It is a 5-minute walk from the Amir Temur Mausoleum - surely one of the world's most glorious chambers.
The charming owners - Dalir & Diyora - speak immaculate English and are as helpful as could be.
The breakfasts are very generous.

The room was comfortable and well kept, the staff was genuinely warm, and I even enjoyed some nice small chats with them. The breakfast was very good, and the location was convenient, being close to a few attractions.
No complaints at all, everything was smooth and pleasant.

Location was very good
3,6 dollar tax per person only show up on the bill after the booking is completed and the staff knows about it.
