Not a big deal but bin inside wasn't empty, all coffee cups in cupboard dirty.

Lovely quaint character house with modern update, but retaining beautiful older features as well, with furniture and features of home.
Well equipped.
I don’t like complaining however hope these few points help give you an honest opinion and can assist in keeping your property in To top condition, and we did have a lovely stay.
Bathroom fan needs an update as doesn’t ventilate room of steam.
All knives need sharpening
Bin cupboards in urgent need of a clean
BBQ doesn’t get very hot as the same of cook tops.
Didn’t appreciate finding hair on pillows or in bathroom sink and shower in bathroom when we first checked in, made us question cleaning ??
Felt it was not our job to put bins out for collection, I certainly don’t mind putting rubbish into bins but due to how full they were I’m guessing other guests feel the same way we did and just didn’t bother !!

The location , ease of access to property were great . It had a good layout & modern well equipped kitchen . Hosts were very accommodating with prompt, efficient communication. Beds were quite comfortable
It definitely has the " potential" to be a wonderful place to stay
Unfortunately it was not what I / we were expecting. at all . Several things needed replacing or fixing . The oven did not work ( only elements on top) but frustrating when you've planned to cook your dinner . BBQ was filthy . Lounge suite was broken which meant only 1 person could actually sit on it properly . Cushions , rugs & blankets etc could do with a clean / wash or replacing. Also exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work at all and bathroom window would not stay open to let steam out .
