Fantastic area with very beautiful houses. Very close to all the places we wanted to visit, close to 3 main towns that it is a must to visit, shops , entertainment. We had our own parking space. The flat is spacious, we had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable, a home from home.
The neighbours on the top flat kept us awake until the middle of the night and woke us up at 6 am absolutely every day, loud, stomping, laughing out very loud, I do understand they were enjoying themselves but for us... It was not pleasant .

Plenty of space and had everything you needed- everything was great
Very minor improvements could be a full length mirror and some coat hooks by the door

Love the location in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Spacious lounge with a lovely view. Off road parking a big plus.
A small complimentary bottle of milk would have been nice to make a cuppa.
Single beds were not very comfortable.
Odd musty smell in main bedroom.
Took the skin off two fingers, doorframe in bathroom has a bit of wood cut out of it to accommodate the doorknob.
Loose toilet seat.

Stayed here 4 nights during Easter. Flat has two bedrooms and a large kitchen. We loved the flat with its amazing fireplace and original features. The location was fab as 10 mins walk to beach and everything you need. The owner was also on hand which us nice to have.
There isn't anything I didn't like. This isn't a dislike but a suggestion. I'd add stone steps leading to the flat as the current decking staircase is a little slippy in the rain but its probably ok for the younger ones.
