Location was perfect. Two beaches, Zeri and Dei were minute from the apartment. Antonis was such a good host, everything was clean, neat and New in the house. New clean towels every day. Avocado and pomegranate tree right in front of your terrace. Amazing. Pool is awesome, clean and you re almost always alone. I would recommend everyone.

This was one of the best accommodations we have experienced in Greece over the past few years. The host was extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean, the location was fantastic—just a 2-minute walk from Zeri Beach—and the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: two large bedrooms each with its own AC, fully equipped kitchen with a full-sizes stove and oven, two large balconies (!). It’s also just a 10–15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive to Sivota port, which was very convenient. The pool was amazing as well—one of the cleanest pools I have ever been to! I normally don’t even go near public pools, but I genuinely enjoyed this one. If I could give more than 10, I definitely would! 😊 What we appreciated most, though, was how peaceful and relaxing the place was. It truly felt like being at home. There were other guests staying there, but somehow everything was so quiet and calm. We spent most days enjoying the pool almost entirely by ourselves, and in the evenings we loved sitting on the balcony, listening to the “tzitzikia” (cicadas). Just a small extra note for future guests: the villa is very close to one of Sivota’s best beaches (in my opinion). The water is crystal clear and emerald-colored (though a bit chilly!), and the beach is usually not too crowded. The first beach bar you’ll reach when coming from the villa is Stavedo, which is great, but the entry into the sea there has some larger stones. If that bothers you, you can simply take a small side path and in about a minute you’ll reach another part of the same beach, which is mostly sandy and much easier to enter the water. This has nothing to do with the villa itself, but I thought it might be helpful for some visitors :)
