Location, clean rooms, helpful staff. They have central heating in the room, so it was very warm inside.
There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything from the neighbor room. Also you can hear the noise from the road.

The hotel is in really comfortable place, near the city centre. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean, well furnished. But the best thing was staff - they were very nice, polite, and very friendly, we've had not working hair dryer, so the hotel lady immediately gave another one and said that this will be fixed ASAP. And it was! It really felt that they care about guests.
The breakfast was a bit poor, but I believe this was because we did travel not in season time.
